Marlaine founded Integra Personnel over 20 years ago and has now evolved the firm into a full service personnel placement agency with the ability to staff temporary and permanent positions within select markets in the Pacific Northwest. With her extensive professional background, Marlaine and her team are able to recruit for personnel in all areas of Property/Casualty and Benefits within the Insurance Industry: Administrative, Client Account Services, Underwriting, Marketing, Risk Management, Production/Sales and Executive Management.
Having been in the personnel recruitment industry for over 30 years, Marlaine started as a generalist; for the last 20 years the focus has been on the insurance industry, placing candidates in support and sales roles up to management and executive positions, realizing early on a strong need within the personnel market for an organization to support the client and ease the workload on businesses to find the “right fit” in their candidates. As managing principal, Marlaine remains proactive not only within the day to day operations of her thriving business- developing professional and interpersonal relationships with her clients and candidates- but also participates in active organizations to further the development of the recruiting industry and current job markets.
